Leadership Neosho runs January through September 2027 with monthly leadership sessions, a two-day Jefferson City experience, and graduation. All program dates are confirmed.

    Orientation & Cohort Kickoff

    Participants meet their fellow cohort members, begin building relationships, and establish program expectations. Specific workshop details are still being developed.

    Jefferson City Leadership & Advocacy Experience

    A confirmed two-day leadership and advocacy experience in Jefferson City providing firsthand exposure to Missouri state government. Specific transportation, lodging, meeting, and itinerary details will be provided to accepted participants.

Anticipated curriculum

Leadership Neosho provides participants with an immersive experience designed to deepen their understanding of our community, strengthen their leadership abilities, and build meaningful relationships.

Throughout the nine-month program, participants will explore a variety of community sectors through leadership workshops, behind-the-scenes tours, conversations with local leaders, and interactive experiences.
